An outbreak of Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (URTI) has been declared by the Associate/Medical Officer of Health for the facility or units listed above. This declaration is based on initial investigation of respiratory activity reported to Region of Waterloo Public Health and Emergency Services on October 23, 2020. All persons affected by this outbreak have already been contacted by Sunbeam.
As of October 31, 2020, Region of Waterloo Public Health and Emergency Services have declared the outbreak over.
